Uncle Dan is stunned.
He never anticipated that someone who came across the walking sticks would also come across this blog. But we must now in all praise and admiration award Marcellus Wallace with the "How in the world did he do that" Certificate of Achievement award.
Here is Marcellus' post from October 2, 2008:
"I found stick #4 in the woods near friendship heights / tenleytown in early may. My friend just found #13 near the same place."
This has reinspired Uncle Dan who put # 14 into play at the stream crossing on Saturday, October 5, 2008. Jogging by this morning, it was found to have crossed the stream at least once but still in play.
Again, thanks Marcellus for the amazing cyber seach in connecting the world of the wood spirits to the world of the virtual gazings.

This is Uncle Dan. I just wanted to update this blog and have had difficulty adding to the main page. Uncle Dan moved from those trails and is now in Capitol Hill area. Having no trails and recently lost my beloved dog, I have shifted to stone. I will add a website that directs you to the continuation of the story....but now with stone
